Kingscourt Prep School Fee Schedule

The fees shown are for entry in School Year 2024/2025

Year Group	Termly Fees (Spring and Summer)
Reception to Year 2	£4,472 per term
Year 3 to Year 6	£4,512 per term

The fees above are for Spring and Summer Terms 2024/25 and are inclusive of VAT which will be applied from 1st January 2025.

The annual fee is split into 3 termly instalments for your convenience.

Fees are subject to an annual review, which usually takes place in April. The new academic year’s fees will be published on this webpage during the Summer Term.

early years' funding

Available for 3 & 4 Year olds

Kingscourt is pleased to offer 15 free hours under the Governments EYG funding scheme.

Three and four year olds can claim their 15 funded hours at Kingscourt from the term after their third birthday. All hours in addition to the 15 funded hours are charged at the advertised rate, and are also payable via Childcare Vouchers.

Kingscourt Nursery is open term time only, from 8:30 - 16:00. Nursery sessions include Spanish, Music, Outdoor Learning, Phonics and Maths, taught by our qualified teachers/specialist staff. There is an enhanced provision charge of £2.09 claimed by children eligible for the 3 Early Years Education Funding to cover the costs of the specialist sessions.

International student fees

We regularly welcome international students from a variety of countries to join our school community

International families choose Kingscourt Prep School because of our commitment to academic excellence, character development, global perspectives, and British values, as well as our excellent exam results, university destinations and strong focus on wellbeing.

All students – British, EU and international – are charged the same fees, regardless of nationality or immigration status.

International students who receive an offer to study at Kingscourt Prep School will be asked to accept their place by completing and returning an acceptance form and paying a deposit equal to one term’s fees.

The international deposit will be returned at the end of a student’s time at the school, providing appropriate notice has been given and all fees have been settled.
